For a long time, I’ve had visions of hiring epic locations, gathering artistic humans, and coming together to create cool content.

I always thought it would be to create my own, but turns out supporting someone else’s artistic visions is just as fun, especially when you get to play in front of the camera too.

Art for the sake of art has always been a driver for me. But when that art is being created for a bigger mission it’s even more potent. And what we created this week is definitely going to change lives.

Let’s have a content orgy

When one of my clients/friends floated the idea of a content orgy (a group of different photographers, videographers, and embodied artists coming together) I had no idea what was about to unfold. I took on the challenge without really knowing what I was getting myself into. I’ve worked with photographers before and been involved in shoots but nothing to this scale.

So I started looking into venues, gathering creatives and setting up meetings. Ideas started to flow, and mood boards and concepts came to life.

Then I was arranging props, caterers, and outfits. Organizing run sheets. Coordinating witches to be part of the scenes. Sooo many people to communicate with.

Somehow it all came together with ease (mostly) — I did have some breakdowns during the shoot week but thankfully I was super held in that.

And after months of planning, this is a little taste of the magick that unfolded…

With the support of this incredible team to co-create with, of course, it was going to be nothing short of spectacular.

A world of magick and ritual art

As you can imagine, our week at the castle involved a LOT of magick.

Rituals, sharing circles, altars, sigils, somatic processes. It’s woven through everything we do.

Cos’ how can you create embodied content if you’re not in the state for it? None of our stuff was really “staged”. The energetics was always our main priority to be able to capture and create what we wanted.

For the ritual scene, we shot. We went through a process of creating sigils together, then did a burning ritual around our outdoor well altar. It was so powerful and the content looked epic!

On the final day after we had a closing circle and some of the team left, we went into the bank to open accounts for Tech Witch School (my recent business venture).

I was dreading it. After leaving my corporate banking job behind 6 years ago, I’ve had a lot of emotional charge around that world.

My intention for that day was to transfer our magick to the material and opening bank accounts seemed very symbolic. We ended up having the best experience with two business bankers who were super intrigued by what we were doing and genuinely interested in our world. So my “banking trauma” was healed.

Dreams really do come true

It was such a pivotal moment in my online business journey. Especially doing it with someone who I respect a lot and who has built multiple successful businesses. To have that backing on my little idea is phenomenal. It’s been a lot to receive.

And some days I still pinch myself in disbelief that this is all happening. Sometimes it feels like I’m an onlooker on someone else’s life, then I realize it’s MY LIFE. I CREATED THIS.

And to really weave the magick I wanted a sigil that represents it. I’ve been trying to create one for Tech Witch School for months but couldn’t quite nail it.

I was complaining about my sigil skills the whole time we were doing our ritual, even though for that purpose it didn’t really matter how it looked.

But this weekend it feels like the TWS sigil has landed. So here’s to another layer of her magick moving through the world.

Thanks for witnessing her and feeling her. She’s definitely got some power!

P.S. this is another side effect of stepping into the Tech Witch path. Like seriously, who wouldn’t want to get paid to spend time in castles doing ritual and magick and creating art?
