People that are embodied, magical, and aren’t going to pedestal and have unrealistic expectations of them. That are there for all the human parts and are so invested in their messages that they will show up with the same level of love and care as they do.

People who have experienced the potency of this work and are strong advocates for seeing it ripple out further into the world. But don’t necessarily want to be facilitators or coaches themselves.

These creators can’t just hire a standard VA because a VA doesn’t get all the nuances of this world.

And would probably be somewhat scared and confused about a lot of the messages these leaders are sharing.

It’s not your average, run-of-the-mill business support. You have to be prepared to grow and you’ll be forced to face your own stuff along the way. There’s no hiding in this world.

But the beauty is, it’ll be some of the most worthwhile work you ever do.
