The Importance of Having an Attitude of Gratitude

Why do so many people say it’s important to have an attitude of gratitude and how can you go about making this part of your nature?

Firstly, I’d like to ask you a question and please do yourself a favour and answer it honestly.

How grateful are you??


Everything you are feeling and experiencing is a product of the vibrations you are transmitting.

The more grateful you are, the more you will receive what you want. Gratitude is a state of feeling and being, by transmitting waves of gratitude, you will ultimately fulfill your desires.

Today I am grateful for:

– waking up in a comfortable bed, in a nice house
– being able to log on to my computer and work from that bed
– my family, friends, and boyfriend
– having yummy food to eat
– another sunny day even though summer has technically ended
– referring another affiliate to my business, that’s another person I will help to reach their own dreams and desires
– being able to listen to the wonder mum Tracey Walker’s moving call on Empower Hour today
– and much much more!!

If you’re not used to expressing gratitude and living in this state yet, then I encourage you to set time aside each day to consciously think about this, maybe even write it down and keep a gratitude log. The more you express gratitude, the more it will become part of your state of being, until you’re unconsciously feeling this way, and at this moment you will get what you desire.

Why not start now by writing something you’re grateful for in the comments below.

You never know, what you say could give strength and courage to others who might be needing a little reassurance.

I actually wrote a very similar post in my Facebook group and it received a great response. So many people interacting and sharing what they’re grateful for. I also write down what I’m grateful for in a gratitude journal every day.

Once you start to live and breathe the feeling of gratitude, you’ll notice more and more better things happening to you.
