Sometimes it can be hard to stay positive. To inspire good vibes only, I decided to share some apps to help you remain positive.

One of the most important things you need to do when you’re working in an online business is remain positive and focused. Think good vibes only.

You can’t afford to be posting anything negative online. People will see this and be less inclined to like you or believe in you. If people don’t like or believe in you, then they’re never going to buy from you.

Obviously it’s impossible to be happy and upbeat 100% of the time, but the key is not to share any negative thoughts. That creates doubt from your followers and you want them to see you as a positive impact in their lives. Try to focus on good vibes only. The more positivity you share, the easier it becomes for you to feel this way.

If you do struggle with remaining positive I’ve found some really useful apps which can help to totally shift your mindset.

(I have an iPhone so these are all definitely available in the apple store, hopefully they’re also available in your play store for all you android users).

  1.  Subliminal Work – Positive Thinking Affirmations

I absolutely LOVE this app. It is free to download so you can try it out and see if you like it, but to access the real beneficial affirmations it will cost you. They’re generally about $5.99 per recording or you can sign up as a member. It’s definitely worth it though. I’ve been using this app for a few weeks now and can already feel a massive shift in my overall attitude and mindset. You can download affirmations on the Law of Attraction, Positive Attitude, Mind Relaxation, Live Happy, Become an Extrovert. Just about anything really, there’s so many categories for health, lifestyle, self development etc. They’re half hour musical recordings which are aimed at your subconscious mind so you won’t directly hear the message but it will talk to your subconscious and assist in shifting your deep, inner mind, so you will notice permanent change. The power of subliminal messaging is incredible.

  2. Mindful Meditation Hypnosis by Subliminal Affirmations

This is another great app which is aimed at your sub-conscious mind. The subliminal work app is just audio directed at your sub-conscious whereas this app is more of a guided meditation so can go even deeper. You start on a conscious level and the soothing voice of Rachael Meddows eases you into a meditation state. If you’ve got a mind that’s hard to switch off and you find yourself often laying in bed thinking about everything and struggling to sleep, this app is a great one to use before bed. I now go to sleep with this every night. Again it’s a free app to download so you can try out to see if you like it, but if you want to start downloading recordings that are more suited to your needs they will cost you about $5.99.

  3. 7 Second Meditation – Daily Mindfulness Reminders

This app is great if you’re on the go, you can pick a time of day  when you specifically feel like you struggle the most (e.g. mornings before having to go to work, afternoon slump etc.) and the app will send you a daily prompt at the time of your choice. The prompts are usually quick meditative activities, like take a deep breath & reflect on three things you’re grateful for & smile. They take very little time out of your day but help you to relax, focus and destress. Doing this daily definitely helps with developing a more positive mindset. This is also totally free to download and use.

  4. Louise Hay Affirmation Meditations

An app from an author who teaches you how to heal your life is definitely worth investing in. It’s another free to download, but then purchase as you go if you want to unlock different meditations.  As well as breathing techniques, she gets you to say the affirmations to yourself, write them down on the screen, look at yourself and say them to yourself. You may feel uncomfortable but it’s an amazing way to start feeling better about yourself.

  5. Louise Hay Affirmations Cards

She has various ones for self esteem, wealth, health, stress-free life etc. You can get tim separately or buy them in a  bundle for $12. These ones are decks of cards you can shuffle through with positive affirmations to tell yourself on each topic. So if you need a self-esteem boost you click on the card deck and a positive affirmation card will pop onto your screen for you to read and instantly make you feel better.

**There’s a few other affirmations ones you can get for free. Just search ‘affirmations’  in your App Store and they’ll all come up.

By getting into the habit of looking at these daily, especially whenever you start to feel a little down, you can really shift the way you think and feel about all situations. Your mind is your most powerful asset so it’s worth taking the time to make it feel good.

If you have used any of these apps or have any other suggestions you think I should try, I’d love to hear from you in the comments.

Remember, good vibes only. 🙂

Much Love

Jade xo
